I am pleased with its performance and how user-friendly it is. The display is brightly lit and very readable. I can check my oxygen saturation and heart rate instantly. The resolution is excellent and I can see on a graph the strength of my pulse graphically. Plus, I can change the orientation of the display as well. Further, I don't have to worry it will drain out the batteries as it turns off after 8 seconds of inactivity automatically. When it comes to accuracy, I learned firsthand it is as good as the oximeter of my personal physician. I compared his values with my Santamedical oximeter and they are identical. So, I'm confident I chose a dependable, accurate oximeter and I spent less than $18 at Walmart.
