I'm excited to try this set. I literally just had another baby via c-section. Once I get cleared to exercise I thought yoga would be a good start. The mat feels really high quality and comfy. When I get a little stronger I'll probably use it for all of my floor exercises like push ups and sit ups. I have hardwood floors so this will be a nice cushion. I like how compact it rolls up. I can easily slide it behind my sofa for storage.
I love my Yoga Mat and the color,but I really love the blocks. These are great. We have been using some of these props in the Yoga sessions I attend and wanted to get my own. These are well made and easy to carry with my mat. I have seen sets like these cost twice as much money. This set is a quality set and I am happy with this purchase.
